Parameters
- cmd
- Type: System.Data..::.IDbCommand
The IDbCommand to put the value into.
- value
- Type: System..::.Object
The object that contains the value.
- index
- Type: System..::.Int32
The index of the IDbDataParameter to start writing the values to.
Remarks
Implementors do not need to handle possibility of null values because this will
only be called from NullSafeSet(IDbCommand, Object, Int32) after
it has checked for nulls.
